He has mediated >500 complex international commercial disputes since first qualifying as a mediator in 1995, >95% of which settled.

Jeremy has a holistic approach to “Appropriate Dispute Resolution” (ADR) and provides a customised approach to mediation adapting each case to the parties’ cultural preferences and procedural needs and interests, taking into account 7 key drivers: costs, deadlines, relationships, control of process, control of outcome, confidentiality and enforceability. His preferred style is facilitative and transformative, although he can be evaluative and designs each case to include “mixed mode” techniques as may be appropriate in each case.

He has signed the Mediation Green Pledge, and is a certified online dispute resolution professional, used to working and resolving disputes online as well as in person.
