WHAT IS THE INTRODUCTION TO INTERNATIONAL MEDIATION?

Mediation offers a cost-efficient and time-saving method of dispute resolution. In a post-Singapore Convention on Mediation world, more organisations are looking toward mediation as the preferred form of dispute resolution. What happens during a mediation, and how can you maximise it to achieve sustainable, win-win solutions for you and your business?

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

This Introductory Workshop is aimed at corporate executives and legal professionals seeking to better understand the problem-solving process and methods used by mediators to achieve sustainable solutions to complex disputes.

The IIM is not a pre-requisite to Sage’s Mediator Accreditation Programme. If you are more interested in an in-depth programme on mediation and/or becoming accredited as a mediator, please visit our International Commercial Mediation Workshop page and our International Mediator Accreditation Workshop page.
