Faye Ng
International Mediator
Faye Ng is a dispute resolution associate at Dentons Rodyk & Davidson LLP. She practices commercial litigation, regulatory and crime matters, trusts matters and construction law matters. Faye is a member of the International Mediation Institute and a SIMI-Accredited Mediator.
She believes in the value of mediation as a flexible, party-led process that can assist parties to find tailored solutions that best meet their needs. Faye’s mediation approach is primarily facilitative in nature, where she places focus on the underlying concerns of parties and works with them to facilitate resolution. Faye’s underlying principle for all mediations is to create a safe space for parties and counsel in both the joint sessions and private sessions.

Where appropriate, I utilise a mixture of private sessions and joint sessions to communicate with and listen attentively to parties, keeping all information confidential unless given the mandate to share the information with the other party.“
