International Mediator

As a retired professional now practicing mediation on a pro bono basis, I bring a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to helping individuals resolve conflicts. My primary focus is on mediating family disputes, particularly those arising from inheritance issues and relationship conflicts. Additionally, I have experience mediating relationship issues within volunteer groups.

My approach to mediation is rooted in patience and warmth, which helps create a safe and comfortable environment for disputants to open up about their issues. I believe that building trust is essential for effective mediation.

Preparation is key to successful mediation. When possible, I like to hold pre-mediation meetings with each party to understand their perspectives and concerns. This has been proven helpful for me to develop the strategy and the big picture before going into mediation session. My experience with financial figures also proven invaluable in mediations involving inheritance disputes, where financial clarity is often crucial for resolution and restoring relationships.

By offering my services on a pro bono basis, I aim to give back to the community and support individuals in resolving their disputes amicably and effectively.
