Samantha serves as the Assistant Director and the Assistant Registrar for Sage Mediation.
Samantha’s interest in mediation is rooted in her love for people. A leader in an organisation focusing on youth development, she is an active mentor to its members where she has been inspiring them to choose identities rooted in peace. She is convinced of the restorative value of mediation and is committed to make mediation the preferred choice over binary adversarial processes.
She has continued to grow this passion by leading and developing workshops for Sage with a focus on conflict resolution. Together with the team, she has conducted these workshops for a wide range of public and private organisations, including commercial companies and educational institutions from elementary to tertiary levels.
Samantha is an accredited mediator with the Singapore Mediation Centre and the Singapore International Mediation Institute.
